The IT Network Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and operational reliability of PermiaCare's network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related connectivity systems. This position serves as the primary technical resource for network performance, ISP coordination, and network-related incident resolution. The Network Administrator participates in shared IT support responsibilities and collaborates with team members on related infrastructure systems including VOIP, surveillance, and physical access control technologies.
The Administrative Clerk ensures proper billing and reporting of Basin Assistance Services (BAS) services are documented properly in various data systems used by BAS. This position greets individuals when they arrive in the office to access services and helps keep the office running efficiently and effectively each day. BAS provides services to individuals who are HIV or who have been diagnosed with AIDS.
The EIS Team Lead ensures Early Intervention Specialists (EIS) provide required quality services to children birth to 3 years of age and their families in the home and community. This position provides guidance and support to EIS staff and assists the ECI Director and Deputy ECI Director as needed. This position supervises Early Intervention Specialists.
The Mental Health Case Manager provides case management for individuals with severe mental illness, coordinating services and advocating for the patient to improve quality of life. This position teaches skills to the patient to help them cope with their mental illness.
The Substance Abuse Counselor provides counseling services to adults who are seeking inpatient treatment for substance use disorder. This position provides screenings and comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility or referral based on the DSM-5 criteria and State standards. The Counselor provides individualized trauma-informed treatment services that facilitate recovery from substance use disorders to adults, including group counseling, individual counseling, and education.
The IDD Service Coordinator monitors the care and services provided to intellectually and developmentally delayed (IDD) individuals to ensure they are living their best possible life. This position provides assessment of needs, development of service plans, facilitating service linkages, and provision of crisis intervention/prevention supports. The IDD Service Coordinator advocates for the individual to ensure optimum quality of life. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, complete required documentation and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients, families and service providers.
The IDD Collaborative Community Care Manager (CCCM) ensures a collaborative approach to providing individuals with IDD and co-occurring mental health and/or substance use conditions with case management, skills training, IDD specialty providers and other providers to ensure accurate diagnosis and supportive treatment planning. This position provides assessment of needs, development of service plans, facilitating service linkages, and provision of crisis intervention/prevention supports. The IDD CCCM advocates for the individual to ensure their best life as defined by the individual. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively, complete required documentation and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients, families and service providers.
The IDD Outpatient Biopsychosocial Intervention (OBI) Lead directs and trains staff responsible for OBI and Collaborative Care Case Management (CCCM). This position provides administrative program oversight and supports effective operation, quality assurance, and compliance of the OBI program. This role ensures that services are provided are in alignment with HHSC standards, program requirements, and participant needs. This position supervises the IDD Collaborative Care Case Manager.

This position provides emergency services to individuals in the community by defining presenting complaints, obtaining relevant medical history, assessing needed interventions, and initiating appropriate crisis intervention services, resolving crisis situations, filing emergency detention orders, and facilitating entrance into Crisis respite facilities when appropriate. The Crisis Response Specialist is responsible for ensuring persons in crisis are treated in the least restrictive and most appropriate environment. This position develops and maintains positive working relationships with law enforcement, hospital personnel and the judiciary.

The EIS works closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families served.

DSPs provide residential, Individualized Skills and Socialization (ISS), day activity, crisis and community supports in compliance with Contract standards. This position provides transportation for individuals to a variety of locations and may be required to work rotating schedules and flexible hours.

The Residential Monitor observes and interacts with clients in an inpatient substance use disorder treatment facility. This position is required to be awake and alert at all times during the hours of scheduled duties, is responsible for the clients' safety and well-being and ensures clients adhere to the weekly group schedule. This is a 24/7 facility with day, evening and night shifts available.
The Referral Coordinator/ Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) processes all referrals made to the ECI program and individual referrals made to ECI Therapists. This position ensures that all Medicaid, State, Federal and agency policies and procedures are met.
