The Crisis Response Specialist is responsible for response to mental health crisis calls from Law Enforcement, Emergency Room, and the PermiaCare Crisis Hotline. This position provides emergency services to individuals in the community by defining presenting concerns, assessing needed interventions, initiating appropriate crisis intervention services, resolving crisis situations, and facilitating entrance into Crisis respite facilities when appropriate. The Crisis Response Specialist is responsible for ensuring persons in crisis are treated in the least restrictive and most appropriate environment. This position develops and maintains positive working relationships with law enforcement, hospital personnel and the judiciary.
The Staff Accountant prepares and reviews financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance. This position calculates and prepares monthly invoices, fiscal year summary reports, quarterly reports, budget and match reports, monthly revenue accruals, and other assigned financials. The Staff Accountant enters and maintains updated accounts receivables, calculates monthly salary accrual and posts to general ledger with recurring journal entries, and performs monthly reconciliation of benefits invoices.
The Financial Support Clerk screens clients for eligibility of local, state, and federal entitlement by verifying coverage through private insurance (including Medicare Advantage Plans), Medicare and Medicaid. This position verifies accuracy of information (contact information, proof of income, etc) on each client following their doctor's appointment. The Financial Support Clerk updates payers in the database, when applicable. This position annually updates financial assessments within required timeframes.
The Client Resource Management Specialist ensures the accountability for benefits for PermiaCare clients in the Client Resource Agency Fund. This position coordinates with staff and external agencies, such as Social Security Administration, Veterans Affairs, independent vendors, financial institutions, etc. to ensure benefits are utilized properly and efficiently.
The Administrative Clerk performs all clerical/administrative activities for the Integrated Care Clinic/Bridges including answering telephones, scheduling appointments, taking messages, data entry, contacting mental health patients to notify of appointments, pulling chart records for staff, filing/scanning necessary forms into charts, performing benefits eligibility determinations, obtaining prior authorizations, posting payments/charges, and greeting patients as they arrive. This position ensures proper patient flow from lobby to doctor to case manager. The Administrative Clerk creates new patient profiles in practice management system, ensure patient profile is updated as needed, collects payments, and maintain appropriate financial logs. This position ensures the lobby is clean and organized and translates for Spanish speaking patients as able.
The Therapy Coordinator/ Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) runs and analyzes therapist data to ensure that all contract staff are meeting all required elements. This position ensures that all Medicaid, State, Federal and agency policies and procedures are met. The Therapy Coordinator provides specialized skills training to families with children under 3 years of age with developmental delays in the child's natural environment.
The MST Therapist is responsible for providing evidence-based intensive family and community-based treatment for at-risk youth with intensive needs and their families. MST intervention is a short-term (three to five months), intensive, and community-based clinical intervention aimed at promoting pro-social behavior and interrupting the child's involvement with the juvenile justice system. MST is non-traditional as services are delivered in the child's community and home instead of in an office setting. MST addresses the core causes of delinquent and antisocial conduct by identifying key drivers of the behaviors through an ecological assessment of the child.
The Substance Abuse Counselor provides counseling services to adults who are seeking outpatient treatment for substance use disorder. This position provides screenings to determine eligibility or referral and comprehensive assessments based on the DSM-5 criteria and State standards. The Counselor provides individualized trauma-informed treatment services that facilitate recovery from substance use disorders to adults, including group counseling, individual counseling, and education.

The Mental Health Rehab Specialist assists individuals with severe mental illness with the goal of helping to reduce the risk of chronic diseases related to stress, anxiety and substance abuse. This position provides rehab services to adults in a community setting, including skills training, symptom management, medication skills training, independent living, socialization, and money management.
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides counseling to eligible children, adolescents and adults with severe mental illness as identified by the State assessment tool using the state's approved curriculum for Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). This position provides direct psychotherapy treatment, performs client psychosocial assessments, develops treatment plans, guides the treatment process, develops exit plans, provides psychological and emotional support to patients, adheres to client confidentiality standards, and provides training in trauma informed therapy. The Therapist identifies the nature of the presenting problem and the service and support the needs of the individual, including locating and coordinating services and supports to prevent or manage a mental health crisis. The Medical Assistant Specialist is responsible for facilitating basic medical and non-medical aspects of a patient's treatment at the Mental Health Clinic. This is achieved through collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members and providing physical and psychological support to patients. The Medical Assistant Specialist collects and maintains record of a patient's vitals, height, weight, and BMI. This position provides the physician with data to appropriately treat patients on anti-psychotic medications to reduce symptoms, achieve a higher level of functioning and/or discharge from active treatment.

The Residential Monitor observes and interacts with clients in an inpatient substance use disorder treatment facility. This position is required to be awake and alert at all times during the hours of scheduled duties, is responsible for the clients' safety and well-being and ensures clients adhere to the weekly group schedule.
